Her expertise includes online research, online panels, online communities, the integration of consumer data and research data, telephone research, multimodal studies, and best practices for sampling, data collection and data quality control.
Heather joined Data Decisions Group in 1996 when the company was named FGI Research. She manages a team of research experts and brings over 21 years of experience to every client. Heather graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
