You may request access to information for your household contained in DDG’s marketing databases by filling out and submitting the online request form below. Once we’ve received your form, we will confirm your identity with a series of test questions, and then mail your marketing data summary to the address you provide on the form.

The information you provide will be used solely to process your request. And of course, you must be in the database before we can supply any data.
