Inside Sales, Data and Analytics (North Dallas office)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect contact; making outbound calls to potential clients to follow up mail, email, google ads.
  • Understand client needs and offering matching service or solutions
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Close sales and process orders into workflow
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Build and maintain pipeline to support forecast
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM data to facilitate timely and appropriate communication with prospects and clients

Requirements and Qualifications

  • College Degree with business math and business communication education/training
  • Comfortable with outreach communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills,  Microsoft Office Suite, and file transfers
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry after an initial 90-day training
