Rob began his career at FGI in 2002 as a call center supervisor in our Chapel Hill office. Fifteen years later, he brings his wealth of experience to bear as a Senior Project Manager on the market research team. He's an expert in custom panel development, online communities, and customer satisfaction research. Rob graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Physics in 1995 and received his Masters of Arts in Teaching in 2000.
